Tasting Notes: The wine is made of excellent Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of the wine are cassis, earth, black cherry and spice. The wine is in his pick 18 years old with developed and mature tannins with a medium finish.
Food and wine: The tannins are mature, subtle and intense. The black fruit aromas are an invitation to a persistent depth. The best food and wine pairing are traditional Lamb Kleftiko or matured kefalotiry with avocado and walnuts.
Decant 24 hour before service, best served at 17°C with a beef steak or wild fish as Fangri and Zargana steak.
